Leaving Certificate or Leaving Certificate Applied or LCVP or FETAC/QQI Level 4 Award. Equal consideration will be given to mature applicants (those aged over 23) who do not meet these entry requirements.

Course Description
Fashion design is an exciting career choice. Whether students wish to acquire sewing skills or aspire to design avant-gard creations, this course will build skills from beginner level through to an achievable, individual career path. Through a wide range of creative modules, from fashion and textiles through to millinery and costume design, students will gain professional skills within the broader fashion industry. Students will also develop technical skills in illustration, embroidery, garment construction and pattern drafting. The course is also suitable for students wishing to build a visual portfolio to gain entry to higher education.
